Raising Concerns
If you become aware of, or suspect, any breach of this Policy, you should promptly report your concern to your Supervisor, Manager, or the Compliance Champion.
If your concern remains unresolved through these local reporting channels, or if you feel uncomfortable using them for any reason, you may report it by emailing gpsco.concerns@fng.ae or by submitting the online form available here.
GPS Chemoil maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. All concerns submitted through these reporting channels are treated confidentially, reviewed promptly, and assessed appropriately.
